The First Amendment of our US Constitution: Freedom of Speech has restrictions on speech which follow:

Illegal Activity, Subversive speech, Fighting words, Obscenity, Pornography, Commercial speech and Symbolic expression.

The Governor of Virginia and his Board are violating our right to free speech.  

Children and their parents / guardians have the right to seek counsel from whomever they choose.  This right cannot be taken away whether it be secular or spiritual counseling.

Parents are responsible for their children, not the Governor of Virginia and his Board.

God is powerful, prayer is powerful.  Many are praying for this intrusion on a free people to be stopped.
