There is a real-world impact to this policy proposal.

Statistics demonstrate that those considering transgender change often change their minds later on and or after they have gone through the transition process.  This policy would violate that individuals right and decision to transition back to their biological gender. This new proposed policy circumvents the legislature who represent the people and creates a one-way ratchet policy that can not be reversed even if an individual wanted to.

This initiative and proposal on behalf of the governor is playing politics with real people's lives. Partisan politics should not be used to ban biology-affirming counseling for patients who want it.
