No person seeking therapy should be turned away nor should words and expressions of unwanted same-sex attraction or gender dysphoria be censored. Not everybody embraces such feelings as those in the "LGBTQ" community and those who suffer from them deserve the right to have them corrected through conversion or conventional therapy. Beside these points in the realm of common sense, you have no constitutional right to do what you are planning and on behalf of the Law of the Land, I warn you not to attempt doing so as you will be in breach of it.
