Why on earth would a free society attempt to make itself shackled and chained? Why is it that the few, have a louder voice than the many? Why is this even a discussion? Virginians want to be left alone and make good decissions based on what they feel is best for themselves and  their families. This includes obtaining treatment for a child, or even a grown adult, that wants treatment for Gender Dysphoria. Why is it anyones business what kind of treatment someone obtains? Why are the LGBT folks so vitrolly adiment that this form of treatment be "banned"? Because they want to make their unresolved issues the norm. Some Virginians want help, while others do not and want to live their lives without it. Do not take away the right for Virginians to choose whether they need it or not.
