Government should NOT be involved with counselors and mandating what they can or cannot say to their clients.  Just like other services their may be some bad or not so good counselors out their but that doesn't mean that we should stop them all.  What we need to do is learn better how to counsel those with these types of issues and HELP them instead of harming them or withholding good information and try to get to the ROOT of the problem, not ignore it or gloss it over because these changes to peoples lives are just a way of coping (like a drug) instead of finding the real problem and dealing with it.  If we allow this to be passed then what will be next?  Give them an inch and they will take a mile.  After a while the government will be mandating just about everything that we can say or not say and that is not what our constitution was founded on - LESS government not more.
