It's a terrible thing to deprive any patient of counselling. Especially those who truly wish to overcome unwanted sexual attraction. Would counselling be denied to an alcoholic, a depressed person or schizophrenic?  Pandering to less than 3% of the population isn't in best action. It ignores the real need of people who are desirous of getting help.
