Ive been a Kratom user for 8 years I'm 70 yo w artheritis  and it helps gives me energy to do chores around the house, It also gives a little pain relief so I take less Tramadol. I dont abuse it and it works for me .If u take too much of anything it will hurt u, so please dont ruin it for people like me.
