| Description | The Virginia Manufactured Housing Board promulgates regulations to: 1. Issue licenses to manufactured home manufacturers, dealers, brokers, and salespersons; 2. Establish an adequate recovery fund for all regulants; 3. Receive and resolve complaints from buyers of manufactured homes and persons in the manufactured housing industry; 4. Levy and collect fees sufficient to cover administration expenses of the Board and Department; and 5. Make case decisions in accordance with the Administrative Process. |
