Every child is unique and every situation is different. If parents are concerned about their child, they should solely have the right to seek the kind of help that they think their child may need. Period. Some pencil pushing government bureaucrat should never be allowed to make cookie cutter decisions for any child. They don't know these children who may have gender identity issues or attractions to people of the same sex. They know nothing of the life, influences, or experiences of these children, so it's imperative that parents, who are closest to their children, decide whether they feel their child needs help.
