The proposed regulation infringes on the rights of parents and families, including individuals, to make decisions on their care.  While I am not a fan of conversion therapy, I think this regulation the prohibits medical practice based upon family, parent, and individual needs.  It also allows the state to encroach in decisions of sexuality in a manner that infringes upon individual rights.  Please do not approve this regulation.
