"I strongly support the Arc of Northern Virginia's comments. I strongly oppose the proposed 56-hour cap on DD waiver CDPA care and replacement of service facilitators with the brokerage model."  Respectfully, whoever's idea this is they have no idea what it takes to care for a special-needs person.  It is 24 7. You will be causing burn out and more mental health issues if you only allow the 56 cap.  Please put yourself in our shoes.  Thank you.
