I support the ending of Service Facilitators!  They have missed appointments.  This has caused our attendants to go without pay for weeks and months!  They've given us bad info, don't respond to calls or emails and when you call them out on it, they get rude and kick you to the curb!  I'm sure there are good ones out there, but our experience has been that most of them are bad!
