I strongly support the Arc of Northern Virginia's comments. I strongly oppose the proposed 56-hour cap on DD waiver CDPA care and replacement of service facilitators with the brokerage model.

Please do not interrupt and add increased stressors to families and support systems of the the lives of so many that are already under so much duress and only getting older with more compounding support needs.
