In accordance with its authority under AS 04.11.295 the board will require all applicants for renewal of their liquor licenses as appropriate to provide fingerprints. The board will submit the fingerprints to the Department of Public Safety to obtain a report of criminal justice information under AS 12.62 and a national criminal history records check.
