I support the DEQ using it's authority to take action that will reduce power plant emissions and protect air quality for ALL Virginians and nearby citizens.  I believe our climate has been detrimentally effected by air pollution, with power plants being a main source.  I believe regulatory action is needed to prompt the energy industry to find and use methods and strategies to reduce harmfull emissions.  The stronger the regulations, the better for the Earth and all it's citizens.
