I am writing in support of this Clean Energy Initiative/Carbon Reduction Plan.

I support strong standards to cut emissions from power plants.  I encourage: including carbon emissions from non-fossil fuel sources, as well (biomass), striving for a 2020 emission cap of less than 32 million tons, continued reduction and monitoring after 2030.
