I strongly oppose Dry Meedle. Because these is obvious risk while inserting the needle into human body. Comparing with 2000-3000 hours  of training to acupuncturist. A 30-50 hours training to PT is too less to practice dry needle. It is a public health safety issue. Virginia government should consider public' safety first.
