As an employer of record I truly see the benefit of having service facilitators because they help with keeping everyone updated on any changes made to the program. Their assistance is extremely valuable because they actually take the time to walk new and current clients, attendants, and EORs through the program to ensure that everyone knows what they should or should not be doing.  They also truly advocate for the clients when it comes to their needs which is why we need the service facilitators.
