Independent service facilitators specifically Jada Meredith.

I am writing this email in the hopes that our voices are heard. In reference to the independent service facilitators, I personally began taking care of my mom about 2 years ago when she fell and became unable to walk after a year of not having any help or any services.  I got my mother AUA I on the advice of Jada Meredith, and I was approved to take care of my mother at home. But there is no instructions or diagram that comes with this process so if you eliminate the independent service facilitators, consumers like me wouldn't know where to turn or how to get help or how to have our questions answered.  Jayda, Meredith, make sure that we stay compliant. She makes sure that we receive the services that we are offered and don't know about. And she actually cares about her clients and calls regularly to check-in and make sure that we are okay, nothing has changed. And my mother has had no falls or anything. There were several services that my mother qualified for and her Medicare or medicaid specialist never told me about it. It was Ms. Meredith that made sure that I was aware and that we applied for the service. I was having a terrible time getting my mother in and out the house because I didn't have a ramp. Jada Meredith is who told me that we qualified to have a ramp built to be able to get my mom in and out of the house and to her appointments.  Before you even consider taking away the independent service facilitators.Maybe you should talk with the people that they represent and their clients.Thank you karen robinson
