I agree with the comments submitted by the ARC of Northern VA. There are too many changes, too fast and not enough quality information. Service facilitators make monthly visits and quarterly decreasing the checks/balances that have been in place for decades. Moving to support brokers with CDCN or PPL, tell us how this helps? How are these organizations set-up for the turnaround of a few months? How will they understand the needs of each complex situation to ensure needs/hours are being met? There are WAY too many unanswered questions. One of the most important - why the change and why now? Also, why so quickly with no information to attendants/participants and EORs with specifics on how roles would change. Please reconsider the disruption changes cause to families and all administrative people involved to help the disability community. Please do not rush enormous and mostly vague changes without an adequate plan and opportunity for those affected to have all the relevant information within a timely manner. Thank you.
