Ospreys in our area (Rappahannock River and Totuskey Creek) seem to be unsuccessful in nesting over the past three years.  It’s not hard to imagine that reduction fishing could be responsible.  I support unbiased research to determine what is causing this possible decline.  Please respect the petition
