Frontline workers were the heroes of healthcare not long ago. We had no option to work from home or limit our exposure. We reused PPE. We watched horrible things happen. We got ridiculed when the vaccine rolled out. Most of us are not seeing these wage increases or anything to represent the historical event we were key members of. It is a slap in the face to tell us to pay more for our licensure.
