As a full-time nurse, mom, wife, and student of an FNP program I strongly oppose this raise. Family’s are already struggling to pay bills as is and to add an additional cost on top of the CEUs is absurd, especially by 60%+. Nurses are already leaving the field at an exponential rate every year. Please consider the lives of those that this will affect and how difficult it already is for some to maintain with the current inflation and lack of adequate cost of living increases.
