As nurses, we already do not make enough money to meet the demands of daily life and expenses. Most RNs have to work two jobs to make ends meet as is. We already have enough fees for education, CEUs, certifications, licensures, and supplies (ex. Stethoscope, trauma scissors, pens, scrubs, shoes, etc.). 
What would be the purpose to increase nursing licensure fees? Why would this be necessary? What would the actual funds go to? Where do the funds go to now? 
I highly oppose any increase!
