We have already passed the VA consumer protection act concerning Kratom through our elected representatives and legislative process to keep kratom in the hands of adults only. If we want to further regulate kratom consumption we can do that in ways that will not turn functional, productive, and otherwise law abiding Virginia citizens into criminals overnight.
