I am in my mid-20’s. I have lived with chronic pain my entire life, stemming from bullying in kindergarten. A blunt force was applied to my spine and caused a cyst to grow. My pediatrician never helped. I lost all my jobs due to not being able to walk or stand for long. 

I attempted suicide when nothing was left. Luckily I failed. I found kratom in 2016 and have taken it every day since. I’ve graduated college top of my class, summa cum laude. I work at a major hospital as a cyber engineer and help researchers, doctors, and professors help others. 

Without kratom I would be dead as no doctor dared to help my pain. They didn’t want me to get addicted and neither did I, but It would have been better than suffering in pain everyday and that is in the chance I would become addicted. So off of a whim I was sent on my way. Yet there was another choice. Kratom. One that does not compare to opiates level of addiction. One that I can function on every single day. And one that has kept my pain away. 

Keep Kratom legal to save other lives as it did mine.
