The issue is adulterated kratom. Adulterating anything can lead to harm or much worse. By itself, natural kratom is very safe and has helped me kick harmful alcohol addiction, reduce severe anxiety, and become a more productive happier person. I have used kratom for at least the last 8 years and it has improved my quality of life, focus and overall well being. When I suffered a debilitating rib injury 2 years ago, kratom was the only thing that allowed me to get out of bed without severe pain.
