I started using Kratom over a decade ago; stopping completely every fourth month, just like clockwork. This is how I avoid my body growing tolerant to its effects. During the periods when I am using it, I use the same small amount I always have on a weekly basis to manage the chronic back issues that plague a professional surgical instrument sharpener and musician — both of which activities encourage rather the opposite of good posture. Kratom has allowed me to avoid relying on the sorts of dangerous painkillers that have killed some of my heroes (Prince, Tom Petty) and continue to kill regular people all over America. I repeat: I use the same small dose of Kratom now as I did starting out ten years ago.

This plant has been nothing but beneficial for me, and I find the notion  of making it illegal in Virginia ill considered in the extreme.

I have a successful small business, a fun music career, no debt, and no addictions. Kratom has without question helped me get here.
