Kratom is natural plant matter with extremely mild effects and should not be criminalized. Its benefits to society are numerous and it has restored the quality of life of millions of Americans and Virginians. There is simply no good reason to ban this plant other than to protect overpriced pharmaceuticals with harmful side effects. Please do the right thing and keep this miracle medicine available.
