I echo the thoughts that were posted by another person who opposes this executive order:

"Governor Northam,

I believe that the restrictions that you are going to place on guidance counselors via this executive order, will be detrimental to our society.  It appears to be one-sided and violates the right to free speech.  There are numerous individuals in Virginia that have spoken out about their decision to transition, to then come to regret it later on in their lives.  Guidance counselors deserve to be able to present both sides of any issue when dealing with young people."
