Please keep Kratom accessible to the millions of people and patients who need it!! I am originally from Pennsylvania where Kratom is accessible in stores from quality vendors and is lab tested for safety. I have been using kratom for 7 years now without ANY side effects and I have never had to increase my dosage nor the frequency in which I take it in all these years. I am a palliative care patient and suffer from chronic intractable excruciating spinal pain as well as CRPS , Degenerative disc and joint disease , spinal stenosis throughout my spine , bulging and herniated discs throughout my spine , several compression fractures in my spine and many other medical conditions causing severe pain continuously everday as well as anxiety and PTSD. Much of my spinal issues were caused by a drunk driver. I have tried every type of medication , physical therapy as well as multiple other treatments and kratom has been the best with the lowest amount of side effects (none other than occasional constipation if I haven't drank enough water that day) 

I am currently in Indiana where Kratom is banned on a family emergency for my 29 yr old son. I am alone with no help and I am now bedridden suffering immensely without my much needed kratom and I don't know if I will make it back to Pennsylvania now.

PLEASE keep Kratom accessible in Virginia & all states for those who need it!!!! Please do not schedule kratom!!
