Any injury related to kratom use is sad and tragic. This is true just like it is for acute alcohol poisoning or acetaminophen poisoning. But we can institute reasonable regulations without turning thousands of ordinary people into criminals. Many regular, responsible adults like me use kratom to manage chronic pain. It's helped lots of people to stop using or avoid dangerous opioids.
