Please consider conducting/hearing more research before acting on a scheduling decision. While I'm just one person, I can say that Kratom saved my life.  Kratom allowed me to end addiction to prescribed opioid and anti anxiety medications. I have been using Kratom for just about 10 years, and have never experienced negative side effects. I have blood testing done annually and all has been well. There is a need for consumer protection supported by policies such as the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA). Thank you!
