The American Kratom Association's (AKA) lack of transparency about the risks associated with kratom use is alarming. Despite numerous reports of adverse effects, the AKA continues to promote kratom without adequately informing the public about its potential dangers. This lack of transparency undermines consumer trust and puts public health at risk
