Description This chapter contains provisions for the following covered services which operate in combination with the related State Plan requirements: long-stay acute care hospitals, preadmission screening and annual resident review, drug utilization review, drug utilization review in NFs, criteria for intermediate care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, DMAS-122 adjustment process, Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP), Client Medical Management, treatment foster care case management, pharmacy service authorization, marketing, Addiction Recovery and Treatment Services (ARTS), and Peer Support Services.
