General Information
Action Summary This regulatory action amends language in the Virginia Administrative Code to expand the substance use disorder service called “Preferred Office-Based Opioid Treatment” to individuals with a substance-related or addictive disorder in accordance with a mandate from the General Assembly and incorporates ARTS utilization review changes that were requested by the provider community and that reflect existing practices.
