I am very concerned about cleaning the Chesapeake Bay. However, I believe there needs to be balance between taking care of our environment and taking care of our citizens. The proposed storm water regs would be detrimental to our economy, hurting the many who are already struggling from the recession. Please do not allow these regulations to be passed.
