Many children experience fleeting same sex attractions and gender dysphoria.  Parents must be free to seek professional assistance for their children.  Parents are entrusted with the care and formation of their children.  Adult political activists must not be allowed to interfere with the rights of parents, which are protected under the First Amendment's guarantees of Freedom of Speech and Religion.  The proposed policy violates the rights of parents under color of law. Please do not enact this egregious policy!
