Parents are best suited to make healthcare decisions for they children.  Parents have a fundamental right to make decisions regarding the upbringing and education if their children.  Families have the right to seek counseling in line with their faith and beliefs.  Please do not deny families this fundamental right with the institute of the proposed ban.  Thank you for your consideration.
