My life is at risk in government buildings because of this regulation.

The regulation banning the carrying of firearms in Virginia government buildings is a danger to both me and my family. Criminals, terrorists and the insane will not obey this regulation. Only the law-abiding citizen who believes in the rule of law will follow this regulation. So by logical deduction, you will set up the stage for only the evil among us to have deadly weapons.

It is unethical and irresponsible to put innocent law-abiding citizens at risk in such manner. The timeframe for comments must be extended for another 30 days so that more individuals in agreement with this point can contribute to the discussion.

I am very disappointed with this move on the Governer's part and am in complete disapproval with his decision. The regulation should be repealed at once for the public's safety.
