This regulation does not make state workers safer. How about thier 2nd admendment rights? This action is trying to solve a problem that does not exist. This is only an atempt to tear down our constutional rights just a little more, small steps at a time. It's amazing that the  so called educated or enlightened want want to go down this path. Apparently they missed or didn't pay any attention to histoty and how it repeats it's self. Please do not let this regulation become permanent we don't need it. This goes after the good guyes not the bad guys.
