The proposed illegal interdiction in the citizens right to personal protection is a violation of the 2nd Amendment.  This is window dressing at best.  It makes much more sense to trust law abiding citizens to protect themselves from an immediate criminal threat.  I believe the time for public debate should be extended.   Citizens will be better informed through an unbridled discussion.
