Oppose Executive Gun Band

The executive agency gun ban regulations should not be approved and the emergency gun ban regulations should be withdrawn since there is no evidence of an existing emergency.  There have been no reported Virginia executive agency shootings, or reports of attempted Virginia executive agency shootings.

Given on the history of gun free zone shootings by terrorists, violent criminals, and the criminally insane, approval of the executive gun ban regulations would more likely facilitate, than prevent, the occurrence of an emergency.  Therefore, the executive gun ban regulations should not be approved and the executive emergency gun ban regulations should be withdrawn.

Since the executive emergency gun ban regulations bypass the Virginia constitutional processes, the emergency gun ban regulations should be withdrawn and the permanent executive agency gun ban regulations should not be approved.

In the absence of a known emergency, request a thirty day extension of the comment period for the executive gun ban regulations.
