Terrorists and criminals will ignore such a regulation.  Such would only penalize the good people of Virginia.

No authority for this regulation has been granted to the Governor by General Assembly, therefore such action as proposed is unconstitutional.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.

Please extended the comment period for another 30 days.
