These regulations are forcing some women's health clinics to close, thus restricting access to needed medical care including contraceptive aids and abortions.  If there are critical areas at these clinics that need to be upgraded on medical grounds, then amend the regulations.  Otherwise, please repeal them so that all our Virginia women can obtain the health care they need.
