You might see this comment's title and skim over it, thinking it's the same old bs, however, I don't think you truly understand how the trans experience feels for those who fall under that umbrella. Their lives are constantly at risk, from harassment online to physical/sexual harassment for just being who they are. It's extremely dehumanizing and jarringly backwards, and I reckon if you imagined ANY other group of people being treated the way they were, you'd think it's barbaric and crude. If you are in your right mind and truly want to do what's best for the people, please do not pass this law.
