Hello my name is Della jo Piarulli,

I have been a licensed Cosmotologist since 1989 and I have felt the adjustments of the price all the way through till 2010 and it used to be $20 for a long period of time and I can feel the crunch, we have to pay taxes to work and keep up the lisence payment. I understand we need to keep this professional and there needs to be a price, but it should be kept reasonable. We all need to care about one another and understand our time in the economy is a little tuff in transition financially right now.
