I am a union electrician and a member of IBEW 666. Our current CBA does not provide any paid sick leave. I strongly support paid sick leave. Since work assignments are dispatched through our union hall, it is very common for members to work for multiple contractors within a single year. I do not want to lose my earned paid sick leave when I switch contractors. Please create a regulation that allows me to keep the sick leave that I earned.
