I am a union electrician and a member of IBEW 666. Our current CBA does not provide any paid sick leave.  Paid sick leave is important so I want to ensure that workers get to keep the paid sick leave that they earn. Since work assignments are dispatched through our union hall, it is very common for members to work for multiple contractors within a single year.  I would not want to lose my earned paid sick leave when I get assigned to work for another contractor. Please create a regulation would  allow me to keep the sick leave that I earned.
