I currently reside in Washington State, but wish to keep my registration current in Virginia.  It seems likely that there is going to be a problem with my finding "approved" continuing education opportunities near where I live that will be acceptable to meet Virginia's requirements.  (Also, I agree with those who say they see little benefit to such a requirement.  It just creates a sales opportunity for people who give seminars.)
